A unit above us caused a disastrous back up that ended up flooding our kitchen and hallway with wastewater and sewage. Green Gable was on site immediately to mitigate, which took several days to complete, including tearing out the kitchen, the stone floors, and drywall. Chico saw it through and even followed up with further action to clean the air from odor. I recommend him and his team for mitigation like this.
